“Jimmy D” (Jimmy DePalma) rocks the house with his electrifying musical style showcasing a melting pot of Blues, R&B and Soul with a splash of Funk thrown in the mix! Jimmy’s powerhouse playing style drips with enthusiasm, intensity and confidence. His music is deep, honest and always smokin’! After 35 years, Jimmy’s talent has enabled him to express life’s ups and downs with an original blues-feel.

Jimmy’s influences stem from his childhood in Pittsburgh where he, as other musicians, experienced the Ed Sullivan Show. Jimmy credits not only the Beatles but other artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Jr. Walker, James Brown, B.B. King, Roy Buchannon, Danny Gatton and ZZ Top as major influences in his style of guitar playing.

Jimmy’s high energy and amazing talent have been appreciated by Alabama’s Jeff Cook, Sly Stone, Tino Gonzales, Room Full Of Blues Band and audiences from Harrisburg, PA to Moline, IL; from “Secrets” in Ocean City, MD, to the “Wobbly Barn” in VT. In 1999, Jimmy contributed an original song, “Other Side”, for the “Green Room Blues” CD.

Mike McCoy is a veteran guitar player & singer-songwriter. An inhabitant of underground Atlanta’s soul bands, and east coast rock&roll, Mike is now based in Myrtle Beach SC and has written and produced Bluewater Sky which showcases his songwriting skills and taste for the good time.
